Apartment No. 10 is the most luxurious apartment we offer. It is located on the 4th floor with a view of the slopes of Sv. Petr and Medvědín, with spacious terraces covering an area of more than 90 m2. The three-room apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The highlight of the apartment is the spacious terrace overlooking the ski slopes and the entire town of Špindlerův Mlýn. The apartment has a spacious entrance hall with doors leading to a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet, a storage room, a living room, and a bedroom. The spacious living area has direct access to a balcony overlooking the town center. There is also a tastefully and well-equipped kitchen, dining table, living area with a large sofa bed, and a TV with satellite connection. There is also access to a study with a sofa bed and its own TV with satellite connection. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, induction hob, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, toaster, and basic kitchen utensils. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, and a wardrobe. We provide all bedding, including bath towels and hand towels. The apartment also includes an underground garage parking space, which is a great advantage, especially in the winter months, and a basement storage room suitable for storing skis or bicycles.
