We are building a family tradition since 2000, when we opened reconstructed Hotel Esplanade known today as Hotel Sněžka in Špin- dlerův Mlýn.
We have a vision of mountain hut restaurant with a wide choice of meals ranging from traditional to international cuisine, freshly prepared every day using the finest regional products. Unbelievable is the view on the panorama of Giant Mountains and with the straight view on to the skiing slopes of Medvědín.

A symphony of yummy, organic food to flood your body with nutrients and ignite your genius self, stimulating productivity and creativity. Our clean-cooked and raw food is a culture in itself, and is meticulously crafted and stylized by our visionary Chef Cynthia Louise. In combination with organic whole food, you can also find on our menu some traditional mountain food such as Svíčková or Giant Mountain Saur soup.
