How to register for our loyalty program?
You can sign into our on-line reservation system and sign up to become a member today. Next, you receive a membership number and generated password via your email. Once you sign into your account it is easy to check and edit your reservations and review your points, anytime.
How to redeem points?
- Every point is equivalent for Kč1. You can choose from the offers and rewards on your account profile. All of our hotels provide the same offers and rewards. Points can also be used to redeem a fabulous range of hotel services.
- Can I pay part cash, part points?
- If you have say 2,000 points in your account, and the total room charge is Kč 3,500, you can redeem the room with 2,000 points + Kč 1,500 cash.
How to use bonuses?
- You can use discounts and bonuses after the payment of your first stay.
- You can choose from the offer of bonuses and discounts at your profile.
- Rewards are the same at all our hotels.
Terms & Conditions
- Points are not accrued for any stay that is paid by guest vouchers or reward free night stays
- Points are not accrued for any stay that is booked by any 3rd party on-line or agent reservation. Only direct reservation on our web sites, are valid bookings for points accrual.
- If you have no eligible stays in our hotels over a 2 year period, your points will expire.
