Payment conditions
1. Payment in cash
Cash payment may be made directly to the reception of Hotel GRAND, adress: Spindleruv Mlyn, Lyzarska 183, 543 51, or by the representatives of the travel agencies. After payment of the amount requested, you will receive a "confirmation of payment" with all services that were ordered and paid.
2. Credit cards
2.1. Credit cards through the "Forms authorization trader". After order confirmation will be sent e-mail or fax pre-"Form authorized trader" who fill the other required information (name, address, card number, etc.), sign and send back by fax. The form can also send e-mail, but scanned form, so that was part of the signature. Based on this form will be withdrawn payment from your account and sent a confirmation of payment. 2.3. Payment of the amount by bank transfer
This is the most common method of cash payment when you order your bank to transfer the amount to our account (account number - see section 2.2.). 3. Invoices

4. Revocation / Cancellation of accommodation
A refund Cancellation of orders can be notified in writing by letter, fax or e-mail.
