General conditions
1. General
Conditions, responsibilities and general instructions described below relate to clients of ABM as REAL, which operates the building No. 224 in Spindleruv Mlyn (hereinafter referred to as "Grand Apartments"). Grand Apartments is not responsible for the information that is not included in this booking system, where the site information server www.felicity.cz, or any other information that companies have not been presented in writing form and confirmed by one of the employees. In the case of conflict or disagreement, the data contained in this booking system, where the site information server www.felicity.cz, will be specified.
2. Prices
2.1. All prices listed in the reservation system are in CZK (Czech crowns) per person per night on a hard bed, including breakfast and VAT.
2.2. Changing prices Grand Apartments reserves the right to change published prices due to the fact that due to various influences changes in prices of suppliers, the tax burden, possibly due to employee mistakes or errors found in the reservation system. In such cases, notify the Grand Apartments in writing a new and valid price for the confirmation of the booking client. The price listed on the certified order, not those which have been published previously (in the reservation system), will be binding for the client. This however, does not mean that the client is obliged to accept the new price and has the right to withdraw from the order.
2.3. Children's prices Children under 3 years are accommodated free in parents' room without bed. Older children eligible for an extra bed staying in parents' room, it is necessary to indicate in the reservation, including the child's age. In the absence of information on child in your reservation, child will be taken as an adult, including the price.
3. Accommodation and catering
3.1. Hotel rooms The apartments are placed at its disposal means "Run of the house", ie. that at the time of arrival to the hotel client receives any free apartment, tidy and ready for customer acceptance in accordance with confirmed reservation. Grand Apartments offers two basic types of apartments: a double and four and one in the family suite accommodation.
3.2. Dining Basic prices for accommodation are in the booking system Grand Apartments include breakfast and VAT. All prices and surcharges to the price list published in the reservation system, the Grand Apartments.
4. Reservations, Order
4.1. The information necessary to make the reservation The rapid and effective implementation of reservation, it is necessary to send a written order which shall contain the following elements: - the whole name of the client - address (street, No., city, country) - the phone - the number of persons - data on children, of which children 3 - 12 years - date of arrival and departure - payment method - type of room - any additional requirements and information duly completed order must be served on the Grand Apartments in written form by fax, e-mail or post. Clients can also use the reservation system, hotel accommodations and order by filling the reservation form. Grand Apartments assumes no responsibility for e-mail correspondence, which will be delivered to the hotel later or not at all. In particular, in the event of cancellation of orders, we recommend sending the fax.
4.2. Order Confirmation Grand Apartments confirming an order in writing (fax, e-mail or mail). The order confirmation will be given the price of ordered services. In case of any special conditions that apply to your order, it will be listed on the order confirmation. In the case of price changes compared to the price listed in the reservation system will confirm your order at the new price for the ordered services. The client will be asked to confirm the reservation and prices for accommodation required by a specified date. By confirming the order the client agrees with the "General Terms and Conditions" and "Payment terms" of the ABM and REAL.
4.3. Imprest list After mutual confirmation of the booking Grand Apartments invite client to imprest sheet pay. Imprest sheet to form the advance payment for accommodation of 20% of the total price of accommodation referred to confirm the reservation.
4.4. Payment and issue of confirmation of the advance payment The client shall make payment in accordance with payment terms of the Grand Apartments, and no later than the deadline specified in the advance sheet. Grand Apartments exposed confirmation of booking in day of ensured rezervation advanced payment. Event if the client does not pay the total amount of the advance in the required time, the reservation the day following the date of canceled due.
5. Repeal and amendment of orders
The client is entitled to revoke or amend our order at any time prior to entering the hotel. Cancellation and change orders must be made in writing. Cancellation procedure is described in the following paragraph.
5.1. Cancellation fees Cancellation of orders can be notified in writing by letter, fax or e-mail. The hotel is entitled to recognize the cancellation, which contains at least the names of people with their information and reservation number. In case of cancellation of orders Grand Apartments proceed in accordance with Article 4 "of payment for the Grand Apartments ABM REAL a.s."
6. Claim
In the event that the client finds in the course of stay in accommodation provided services or other defects that can be removed on the spot, this fact is obliged to immediately notify the hotel reception staff, who has. Employee eliminate defects for the duration of stay. In case that the extent or quality of the services provided is less or not confirmed the order, and defects were not or could not be removed on-site hotel, the client is obliged to have in writing from the hotel reception desk to confirm that this defect reklamoval, and this has been removed. The client will then be offered some form of compensation for a defect that could not be removed. If the client agrees with the compensation, the claim is deemed to have been disposed.
7. Final provisions
Grand Apartments is responsible only for the booking and providing the services required by the order, confirm the reservation and confirmation of the advance payment. Order services depends on the choice of the client, its financial capabilities, experience and recommendations.
