The classical Finnish sauna /85-90°C/ is at customer´s disposal. Those beneficial effects have been known for centuries. During the sauna procedure, significant perspiration occurs, toxic matters are washed away from the body, the skin is congested and the whole body relaxes. By the means of regular sauna procedures and becoming hardened, the immunity of the organism is improved.
