To our returning customers we offer loyalty and discount programm. VIP clients get Hotel Grand Silver or Gold VIP card. With this card you are receiving a number of exlusive benefits that you are certain to appreciate during your holiday. You will have the oportunity to get favourable discounts or interesting offers.
We offer 2 different type of cards:
Silver card – more than 10 nights
- 10% discount from rack rates
- 10% discount in the wellness (sauna or whirpool) in Hotel Sněžka
- 10% discount in the restaurant in Hotel Snězka
Gold card – more than 5 stays for 5 nights
- VIP room service
- 20 % discount from rack rates
- 10% discount in the restaurant in Hotel Snězka
- free entrance in the wellness (sauna or whirlpool) in Hotel Sněžka
Discounts cannot be combined with other discounts or special offers (last minute).
If the guest use some other discount or special offer, title on other services is to keep.
