General conditions

1. Common part

The conditions, responsibility and common instructions written below concerning clients of Felicity Hotels s.r.o. company
( Hotel ). The Hotel isn´t responsible for any information, that is not mentioned in a reservation system on the website www.felicity.cz or any other unconfirmed information by one of our employees.
In case of any variance or disagreement of informations mentioned in a reservation sytem or on the website, will be those disagreements specified.

2. Charges

2.1.

The price of accommodation is charged in CZK for the person and night, breakfast and VAT.

2.2. Changing of prices

Hotel Grand reserves the right to change prices owing to change prices of suppliers, VAT changing or some mistake by our employee or in a reservation system. In this case Hotel Grand will inform you about this and confirm the new valid price. This new mentioned price will be for clients obligatory. The client doesn´t have to accept this offer and could cancel the reservation.

2.3. Childrens discount

Children under 3 years of age are for free if accommodated with 2 adults ( without the breakfast and bed ). Children under 10 years of age accommodated with 2 adults have to be noticed in a reservation form. If not, children will be accepted as an adult person ( concerning the price ).

3. Accommodation and board

3.1. Hotel rooms

Hotel rooms will be offered in the way „Run of the house", it means that the client get any of the free rooms they are ready to use, according the hotel confirmation.
Hotel Grand offers 3 types of hotel rooms - single, double and triple rooms. Some of the DBL and TRPL offer an extra bed. There are another 2 family suites at disposal.

3.2. Board

The price in the reservation system is breakfast, VAT. The halfboard is offered for an extra charge.
All of the prices and extra charges are published in the price list of Hotel Grand.

4. Reservation / Order

4.1. Important informations

The regulary booking has to be done in writing ( sent by mail or fax ) included those datums:
- Name of the clients
- Address
- Phone number
- Capacity
- Age of the children, if there are any
- Arriving and departure date
- Payment
- Type of the rooms
- Some other requirements
Another way how to make a reservation is the booking form on the website.
Hotel Grand isn´t responsible for any late mails and no show mails. For any cancellation will be recommended to fax the cancellation form.

4.2. Confirmation

Hotel Grand confirms the booking in writing ( fax or mail ). Bookings made by phone should be confirmed in wrtiting by both the client and the hotel. The confirmation clearly states what is covered in the rate quoted and all additional charges. In case of some additional conditions, those will be mentioned in the reservation form. In case of changing the price written in reservation form the hotel has to issue the new confirmation form with the valid price. The client will be asked to confirm this new price offer until fixed date. If the reservation by client confirmed, client agrees with „ General conditions „ and „ Payment conditins „ at the Grand Felicity Hotel.

4.3. Deposit list

After both signed confirmations hotel will ask a guest for a deposit payment of 20% per person from the total amount written in the confirmation document. .

4.4. Payment of the deposit

The deposit has to be paid till the date on the deposit list. After the deposit is paid ( by card or to our account ), the hotel will send a guest the payment confirmation. The deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE.
This confirmation should the guest prove at the reception on the day of his arrival. In case the deposit hasn´t been paid up the date on the deposit list, the reservation will be cancelled on the next day.

5. Cancellation or change of reservation

Any change or cancellation of a guest reservation should be done in writing ( mail or fax ). Please, follow the instructions written below.

5.1. Cancel fees

As advised the cancellation of your reservation has to be done in wrtiting ( per mail or fax ). The cancellation document has to notice the name of the guest and the booked period. In case of cancellation the hotel will charge the deposit payment ( 20% per person ) as the cancel fees

5.2. Early leaving fee

In case that a guest will leave the hotel earlier before agreed date of departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge cancel fees of 70% from confirmed price for every day that has been cuted short.

6. Claim

In case that a guest will notice any accommodation damage or some other problems of confirmed hotel services which could be removed at once, he has to advise without delay this fact at the reception or to any other hotel employee so this damage could be remove at once. In case that the damage could not be removed or the quality of hotel services doesn´t accord to the confirmation, the compesation will be offered for this damage. If the guest agrees with this compesation, the claim is handled.

7. Final regulation

Hotel Grand is responsible only for accommodation and hotel services according to order, confirmation and deposit list. The reservation order depands on client´s choice, financial possibilities and recommendations.
